1.  Working principle

Cutting is carried out by high energy density laser beam focused on workpiece surface to cause instant melting and gasification in the area where facula irradiates, with xenon lamp as excitation source. Automatic cutting is controlled by digitized mechanical system. The machine is newly developed with the combination of laser, NC, and precise mechanical technology.

Pre-sale service:

Relative technical guidelines and complete machine information will be provided to answer questions raised by customers. Processing solutions will be created based on all technical feasibilities. Laser cutting machines in showroom are provided to customers to test machines and sample-making.

In-sale service:

Planning and distribution of water, power, and gas supply will be developed after on-site visit. Full set of operation manual will be provided, and free training on operators will be carried out with the basic laser knowledge, safe operations and daily maintenance to make sure independent operations by the users.
